چکیده

Abstract Bioenergy sources continue to be developed solve environmental problems due agricultural biomass waste and alternative energy sources. from raw materials through the pyrolysis method is a thermochemical conversion technology that produces bio-oil bio-char. The process of coconut shell (CS) with size 60 mesh at temperature 500-700°C without adding catalyst. results showed optimum decomposition occurred 700°C. Based on GC-MS analysis CS, compound consisting 58.18% phenol, 18.86% 2.6 dimethoxy-phenol, 1.35% 1-(acetyloxy)-2-propanone, 6.57% 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxytoluene 2.55% 4-ethyl-2,6-methoxy-phenol was obtained. While SEM-EDS characterization bio-char contains main constituent elements, including 94.37% carbon minor elements 5.50% oxygen, 0.09% sodium 0.05% chlorine. Comprehensive shows an efficient sustainable for converting CS into material hybrid bio-coke applications as renewable source.

Pyrolysis of palm kernel shell in a fixed-bed reactor was studied in this paper. The objectives were to investigate the effect of pyrolysis temperature and particle size on the products yield and to characterize the bio-oil product. In order to get the optimum pyrolysis parameters on bio-oil yield, temperatures of 350, 400, 450, 500 and 550 °C and particle sizes of 212–300 μm, 300–600 μm, 600μm...

Bio Gas Oil Production from Waste Lard

Besides the second generations bio fuels, one of the most promising products is the bio gas oil, which is a high iso-paraffin containing fuel, which could be produced by the catalytic hydrogenation of different triglycerides. To broaden the feedstock of the bio gas oil the catalytic hydrogenation of waste lard over sulphided NiMo/Al(2)O(3) catalyst, and as the second step, the isomerization of ...
